What has support in the research?

Exercise outcomes have a more established research base than many wider life-stage claims. The studies still differ in participants, training and protocols. A benefit in one trial is not a promise for every woman.

What remains uncertain?

Brain fog, sleep and menopause claims need their own evidence. A small laboratory experiment or a positive secondary outcome cannot settle a broad everyday claim. Read the negative findings and the study limits alongside the headline.

Where might the findings not apply?

Check who participated, the creatine formulation, the amount and how long the study ran. Evidence from men, selected healthy adults or a different formulation does not automatically answer the same question for you.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, kidney disease, medicines and being under 18 need individual professional advice. This guide cannot assess suitability.
