About
A little more clarity.
An Australian guide for women who want the short answer and a clear route back to the research.
Who publishes this guide?
Foundlab publishes Creatine for Women. We explain selected research in plain English, with the study population, methods and limitations close to every answer.
Who has reviewed the health content?
Clinical review is pending. We have checked source records, but that is separate from review by a qualified health professional. No clinical reviewer is credited until that review has actually happened.
The content is general information. It cannot assess your health, diagnose a symptom or determine whether a supplement is right for you.
Do we sell or rank products here?
We do not sell creatine or publish product rankings on this site. There are no affiliate links on this site. If we introduce our own product in future, every mention will be clearly labelled as ours.
Any future commercial relationship will be disclosed where it is relevant. Editorial evidence pages will continue to distinguish published research from product claims.
What can you check for yourself?
Follow the original sources, read the study limits and see how our explanations connect to the evidence.
